HOAF Callers and Cuers,

The April Delegates meeting of the Heart of America Federation of Square Dance Clubs will be on Sunday, April 18, 2021 2:00 pm, at the Colonial Church of Prairie Village, 7039 Mission Rd Prairie Village KS 66208 (please see directions in Fed Facts).

We hope all have received their vaccine by now. Please wear mask and practice social distancing. The election of your HOAF Officers will be done at this meeting.

If you are not the Official Club Delegate, or will be unable to attend, please forward this letter/e-mail to your Official Delegate/Alternate Delegate.

You’re Meeting Agenda will be found in your club’s folder just past the sign-in desk. HOAF Past Presidents, Elected Officers and Staff will find their agenda in folders also. If you are placing informational flyers in the club folders be sure to get to the meeting hall at least by 1:30 p.m. to allow time to complete the task before the majority of representatives arrive.
