Mark Henry Mortensen, 81, of Richland, Missouri departed to be with his Lord and Savior Wednesday, December 21, 2022 in Rolla, Missouri.

Visitation will be held from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, December 28, 2022 at Buckhorn First Baptist Church, 26195 MO-17, Waynesville, Missouri 65583.

Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, December 28, 2022 at Buckhorn First Baptist Church in Waynesville, Missouri. Burial with Full Military Honors to follow in the Buckhorn Baptist Church Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Wilson Mortuary of Salem, Missouri.

Mark is survived by his wonderful wife: Rosa Lee Mortensen; three sons: Luke Mortensen, Jimmy (Valarie) Brashear, and Ricky (Donna) Brashear; three daughters: Loretta (Harold) Thorpe, Brenda Hamlin, and Suky (Sean) Stuckey; twelve grandchildren; twenty-four great-grandchildren; seven great-great-grandchildren; as well as several nieces, nephews, extended family, and dear friends.

Preceding him in death, parents: Henry and Ruby Mortensen; two brothers: John and Robert Mortensen; and one son-in-law: Rick Hamlin.
