Billie Ruth Toeniskoetter, 87, fortified with the Sacraments of Holy Mother Church, passed away Thursday, August 31, 2017 in St. Charles, Missouri. Billie was born October 6, 1929 in St. Louis, Missouri to Ulna Ross Smith and Ruth Veronica Kintz.

Billie married the love of her life, Jim Toeniskoetter on October 8, 1949, celebrating 67 years together. Her husband survives her, along with her daughter Jo Ann (Jerry) Revelle; grandchildren - Patricia (Marc) Strathman, and David (Michelle) Revelle; great grandchildren - Rachel Miller, Margot and Eleanor Revelle; brother, Robert (Charlotte). She was preceded in death by three brothers, Ulna (Helen), Roland (Nancy), and Harold (Ruth-surviving) Smith, and her beloved great-grandchildren Jude Miller and Scott Revelle. Dear sister-in-law, aunt, cousin and friend.
