I’m so glad I live in a world where there are Octobers, because it makes me want to ‘break out,’…that is break out of Nebraska and head to Arizona. Autumn leaves are Mother Nature’s way of telling me it is time to go south.

Four things on my bucket list:

1. Resuming my winter program.
2. Renewing old friendships and making new friends.
3. Let’s just be honest, it is all about square dancing.
4. My Halloween costume will be to dress up like a square dance caller.

My winter program will begin on Tuesday evening, November 11th. It will be Veteran’s Day. Please wear your Veteran’s Cap and share a photo. Let’s honor all our Veterans and say ‘thank you’ for your service.

Looking forward to seeing everyone and hearing about your summer adventures. As always, support your local clubs and callers as they resume club dances and fall classes. They are the lifeblood of our activity.
