Diamond Round Dance Club

The Diamond Round Dance Club was organized by round dance cuers Bryan and Sharon Gerdes. Their first dance was held on May 7, 2003 at the Little Blue Barn on Noland Road. Bryan and Sharon continued to teach round dance classes and hold their club dances for the next four months until they were transferred out of the area due to Bryan?s work responsibilities.

Mike and Dottie Hines took over the Diamond Rounds in October of 2003, and have continued cuing Phase II, III, & IV dances on the 2nd, 4th and 5th Wednesdays of each month. They teach intermediate dance steps before each dance. They also teach a series of beginner's lessons on Sunday afternoons at the same location. The club currently has 25 members.
